Simple enough, eat pancakes all day if you want...
In the blender:
-1cup of oats
-1cup of cottage cheese 1%
-6-7 white eggs
-1 scoop of vanilla whey protein (optionnal)
-Tablespoon of cinnamon (powder)
-Tablespoon of flavoured vanilla (liquid)
If you want, take out the protein and use your pancake as a tortilla!!
