Sounded dangerous at low doses too. I don't remember exactly what was in it, but it didn't sound like anything I would put in my body.
Hah. I'm a bio major.. The way DNP works is by screwing up the electron transport chain, which is a huge part of ATP production. Moving through glycolysis, the Krebs cycle and electron transport chain adds up to production of about 30 ATP... All storable, useable chemical energy. But in the presence of DNP, the electron transport chain doesn't work well if at all, and you produce anywhere from 1/3 to 1/2 the ATP.
This means you're going to have extra unstorable chemical energy laying around, which your body metabolizes immediately by force. The amount of DNP you take dictates how many cells are affected by it.. Too many and then you cook yourself.
But in theory, with proper dosing it is a really cool idea. Needs a lot of Supervision..

I'd say so... But with clen you're pretty much doing some kind of damage no matter the dose.. Whereas DNP technically doesn't hurt you unless you take too much.

I feel like DNP would be pretty safe at 1/4 whatever the average dose is... To force a much slower loss of fat over a longer period.

just a look at all the supports one needs with dnp is alarming enough.......it robs the body of tons of key nutrients while it does its work, for a user its paramount to have a stock of vitamins and electrolytes
users report fatigue to the point one cant workout, cardio is ill advised, fans are mandatory, and so on ..... all at low doses, then there are those who feel the need to be dangerous and climb to 600mg to really turn up the heat
clen is far and away safer, and im a huge clen hater.....ill worry about my heart down the road with clen, cause with dnp there isnt a down the road in some cases
I was saying like 25 mg if the average starter dose is 100 mg. And I don't know how it would rob the body of nutrients.
25 would do nada i think, theres a point where a dose of anything can be too low
