Hey, my names Daniel from San Diego, California. I was also introduced to this site by Rob over at So-cal nutrition. Ive only got a year under my belt when it comes to lifting weights and im hoping ill be doing this for the rest of my life! So I come to this site to hopefully learn as much as I can and apply it into my training.

My name is Steve and I am just making the migration to Swolesource after the PP fiasco. Some may already know me but for those who don't I'm here to learn. Hey fellas. I've done some lurking on PP and now here on SS. Decided to join and introduce myself. I'm just now getting back into lifting after about 20 years off. I was in my teenage years when I last lifted regularly. I believe there to be good information on this site.
