Sup fellas,
I used to be on the PP forum a while ago, I fell off from working out when my wife had my daughter two years ago, since then I have been off and on with no consistant time in the gym. Recently I get a good 3-4 days in a week! getting back into it and feeling great.

Hope to get my diet, sleep and gym back on track and learn a lot from the forum
