    i'm not trying to gain right now, but i ate at least 20 oz of meat lol and that was an "i don't want to gain weight today" kind of day.

    2 lbs of meat is my usual max lol

    On a good day, I'm pushing 2 lbs by lunch, with more to come. Haha. Doesn't happen regularly, though. Not frequent enough for my liking, anyways.

    Hmm. Seems like a lot of meat to me! 2 lbs is a solid ass amount of protein, not sure if any of us need more?

    haha... no, probably not. I just like it. And I happen to prefer the majority of my calories come from it, cuz it's yummy.

    Nice nice, I suppose ill need to up my meat to get that deadlift to 495...

    Didn't you once say you did stiff leg with 500+?? Man I did 365 a few months ago and it was not really a stiff leg anymore lol

    Not quite.. I never went above 425 as far as I can remember. And I used to do 12-15 reps at that weight. It hurts just thinking about it.
