35 yrs
209 lbs at the time of pics which were taken about 20 minutes ago.
No idea on body fat at this time although a guestimate would be between 18 and 20% and out of shape. Been out of the gym for quite a while, looking forward to this competition to push myself back into shape and beyond

I've put on ~ 15 pounds since then, mostly muscle, but a bit of fat over the lower abs and around the lower back
