Damn, wishing this had started back in May after my first contest, for which i really leaned out. Up 10.5 kilos since, and still have a six pack - though i have put on some fat. At this rate, i could be up another 10 kg by the time this train come in. Have to figure out how to make that happen. Did i hear you say Deca?
