30oz pumpkin
4 whole eggs
1c HWC
1.5tsp cinnamon
2tsp pumpkin pie spice
.5tsp salt
60g stevia/xylitol blend
Then used a shit load of butter to coat pan and give it some extra flavor.
Baked it around 1hr at 350.
I now use 6 eggs and a full cup of HWC then split it into 2 different pies instead of 1 pie.
