Alright back day was pretty good. Did the same workout for the most part, minus bent over DB rows.
Yesterday was leg day. I ended up doings sets of 3 with 275-295. Felt good and the weight wasn't to heavy but my knee started killing me after about my fifth set. I continued for about 2 more sets then just went and did some pull-ups and traps. I will make this leg day up later on in the week

Acne: no changes. If anything, my face cleared up a little but.
Strength: no noticeable increases yet that can be directly attributed to the epi or xos
Anger: none
Weight: my weight is steady at 180-181
Physique: I feel and look a bit leaner but I did notice a slight increase in side fat
Motivation: in the gym I don't want to stop. I actually have to force myself to leave.
Stamina: my stamina has defiantly increased slightly
Libido: my libido is ridiculously high
Other: n/a
Is there anything else anyone would like me to hit on?

On the 23rd I did arms. I felt sick but I still got in a pretty good workout. 24th I just went in and did some squats. My knee was hurting but I did a few sets, very controlled and very slow. I ended up doing sets of 5 up to 225lbs then went for 275 but only got one rep due to the pain. Today is shoulders and it's day 14. I I've made any strength gains, I'll. able to gauge it with the next 3 workouts(shoulders, back , arms) so I'll hold off on my 2nd week review for a few days.
I'm still only taking 4pills a day and 675mg of Xosterone
I'm going to bump it up to 5 pills next week

How's your appeptite? Ferocious or Suppressed or unchanged? I would actually bump up you carbs a bit. Your body will thank you.
That Alpha feeling is pretty damn good huh? I just finished an Epi-Strong/Xosterone/Katana 3.0 cycle and wow....I know what you mean. I logged it on another forum. I had to reallly make myself leave the gym several times.
This "Epi" product has a different make up than the one I ran, so I'm not sure if they similar.
How many pumps of the Xost are you using? My pump was giving me a consistent amount so I started counting the full pumps instead. Bro science you know. I loved Xost. It was my first time using it and it will be a regular in my cycles. It dries super fast....like REALLY fast. The strenght gainz have been incrediable. I'm in the my last week of PCT. Tossed in some IML Osta and the strenght is continuing to increase. My weight actually increase a bit as I packed on some mass, I think that was due the xost so i'm interested to see how this treats you.

I appoligize for not updating daily but I been kinda busy throughout the hollidays.
Kept my diet pretty strict and been hitting the gym hard.
I am starting to see a little more strength gains. And the gains are lasting through my whole workout.
For example I hit 245 for 3 sets of 3 then was still able to hit 105 on DB bench.
Another increase I seen was shoulder press, I hit 75lb DB for 5 reps.
My appetite is crazy lol. I eat a big breakfast and 45 mins later I'm starving.
I have to eat before the gym or I feel like shit.
Today was the start of week 3
6 pills a day
I also started taking a fat burner to try to lean out a little
