Well I pushed my carbs right to my set limit of 400g and still managed to drop a pound overnight and have probably dropped 2-3 more since I've hit the can a few times this morning.

The thinking is right lol but it's more about response to the insulin vs amount.
You're in good shape regardless
Check your fasted bg. I have a hunch it will be slightly higher unless you've been going full ketosis and have lowered your set point for glucose

Its only 12 here in Ca and I already have that itch to go hit the iron.
Deads are planned for this evening but squats are sounding fun so I might hit a few heavish sets of both then have a nice simple backload of either cream of rice or hash browns with a bag of Skittles and a 3 Musketeers bar to end it.
Hit the scale this morning and I'm 202-203.
202-203 is the weight I use to be after 7-10 days ULC so being 202-203 and CBLing means I'm dropping some sort of weight.
Ended up just hitting deads since they felt so smooth and easy.
