Iron Kitchen: Parmesan Chicken With Sauteed Tomatoes

Ingredients:
- 1 chicken breast
- 1 cup of parmesan (Grated or Shredded)
- 1 egg
- 1 tomatoe
- 1 tsp. garlic
Recipe Instructions:
- 1 cut tomatoes into wedges
- Sautee in pan with garlic and 1 tbsp olive oil
- Dredge chicken into egg (both sides) then coat with parmesan
- Place chicken breast onto HOT non-stick pan and sear till golden brown
- Place chicken into pre-heated oven at 350 and bake until cooked thoroughly (10-15 minutes)
