Ingredients:
- 1 Large onion - diced
- 1/2 Lb white mushrooms
- 2 Chicken breasts
- 1 Tsp. salt & pepper
- 2 Tbsp. chives
- 2 Tsp. parsley
- 2 Tbsp. dijon mustard
- 1/2 Cup chicken broth
Recipe Instructions:
- Sautee mushrooms and onions in a pan, once soft remove the mushrooms and onion
- Pre-heat the oven to 325 degrees
- Add the chicken broth, chives, parsley, mushrooms, dijon and chicken to the pan and slowly sautee all the ingredients
- When the chicken turns a light golden brown remove from range, add the mushroom and onions and place into oven for 10 minutes
