That Tricep doesn't look fat in my perspective
That Tricep doesn't look fat in my perspective
Well, to be fair here, my tris are way oversized for my body. They always look cut. However, all the bf% gain went directly to chest, abs, and lower back. Shoulders surprinsgly leaned out when they grew.
Was going to cut today, but didn't have my meals/diet set up so I'm pushing it back just a couple more days.
Ur pretty lean bromosexual
What's wrong with liquid? Since pills can often be dosed a bit high, liquid is much easier for controlling your dose.
A bottle a day will keep that fat away
Been juicing since CapriSun
Been working out a diet/training split for the past few hours. Upping the reps and adding in more drop/supersets. Not going to chase a pump here, but I'll make sure that muscle is always under tension. Going to put the ego aside here. Planning on getting into keto, but I'll go by feel.
My lab rats will be using clen for the last few weeks of an 8 week cut and re assess from there.
Supps:
Osta rx 3 caps a day
Lean xtreme
Stimulant fat burner
creatine/whey/fish oil as usual
Will start it off at 2700 cals and 20 minutes of cardio a session, then adjust as needed. Ab work will be done every day.
Starting the cut on friday when I have time to snag up groceries.
What's everyone's favorite cutting foods? Not big on white fish, but I might just be cooking it wrong.
Also, no pics today. Couldn't even get a pump. Blasted through bi's/tri's, but the tendinitis was real. Forced my way through it and tried to hit the few basics like CGBP, dips, couple pushdowns, dumbell curls, hammer curls, and chins.

I like the cutting Idea. Would be nice to lean out for awhile and then switch back to gaining.
Avocado bruh! It's a must!!! And depending on how you plan your routine, since it's gonna be ala keto style, Tilapia on low fat days, Salmon on high fat days. Use george foreman for the white fish. And a lotta coconut oil, Pure extra virgin.
