I'll be topping/doping them up with a few different things/ideas I have rolling around in my head.
Taste like a pumkin spice cinnamon roll with cream cheese frosting and all.
I went way off from the recipe and made these my own and DAMN did they turn out great.
Had a pumkin pie taste with a hint of cinnamon and the frosting sprinkled with cinnamon made it taste just like a spiced pumpkin pie cinnamon roll.
This one had maple syrup added and it really hit the spot.
Taste plain and just with maple is killer too. Working on number 5 right now.
Pork fried rice was so good I forgot to get a pic.
It had peas corn red and green peppers and a ton of pork. Really hit the spot and will be made again.
Really nice and simple night that'll end with One of these.
These are one of my favorite chocolat bars. Last 3/4 CNs have ended with one.
Last waffle or #8 was hit with 2Tbs butter and maple syrup and hands down butter and syrup will always be my go to ender.
Something about that Kerrygold just makes everything taste better.
Kiefer might think it's spendy but not at Costco.
From Friday morning
Been waiting all week for then number to drop and it did this morning. I've been 200-202 all week but woke up at 196 and dropping 4-6lbs of water makes a big difference in what you see in the mirror.
Guess those 2 double doubles from in n out did me some good last night.
Saturday morning.
Shit I'm down another 2lbs and looking a ton leaner.
All this dropped water almost makes me want to push my CN out to 14 days but FUCK THAT..... Lol
CN is going down and will be kept simple and easy.
Thinking cream of rice to start things off then some pork fried rice then some waffles then some pancakes then bed.
Damn I'm down another 2lbs from earlier this morning lol
Wish I could lay in bed longer but it's 12 and time to grab a few more supplies for my CN then get for my fullbody workout so these carbs have somewhere to be shuttled to.
Ended up with a low of 191 today so I went from 202 to 191
