it's a long time I didn't post here. Too much work in my personal and professional life.
As I planned several months ago, I decided to start a test-e cycle for 12 weeks and cancel & forget PH pills
Here's my plan :
Week 1-10 : Test-e 2x250mg / week
Week 2-12 : HCG 2x250mg/week
Week 1-12 : Anstrozole 0.5mg EOD
PCT
Week 13-16 : Torem 60mg ED + Clomid 50mg ED
I'm coached for the diet part by 3J (if you know him)
For the moment, ma caloric total is about 4500kCal and all days are the same. 2 cheat meals each week (but I don't like junk food, so it's rather difficult for me). It's rather a 5000kCal day for me !
I eat beef, pasta, whole bread, tortillas, a bit of Olive Oil and nuts for fat.
My training is based onto a pyramidal workout.
I will post here each week to give my feelings about this cycle. I will post a summary of my workouts each week to see if my perfs are increasing

Weight : 99.4kg
Waist : 93cm (I'd say about BF18.5%)
Height : 187cm
