It's called Muti-Year. It has a bunch of different routines/programs to pick from.
Smashed 2 boxes of cereal last night too along with 2 packs of rice rollers. 800g carbs to fuel this weeks sessions.
Looking like double days until I leave for the LA FitExpo on Friday. I'll keep the diet CLEAN all week then smash food Saturday when my GF and I hit some different food/treat spots in LA.
Anyone going to the Expo I mentioned??

Well, if you follow baseball, they're a worse version of RedSox fans..the worst fans in baseball...it's hilarious when you talk to people who don't like the Seahawks, or even dislike them..it's seldom because of the team..the response is always the same.."I don't like their fans." Lol
I don't watch or follow any sports. Lol
Seems like a complete waste of time to sit in front of the TV for hours watching guys run around chasing, catching, throwing, hitting and whatever else happens with balls. Lol
Now watching them Live and in the stadium is completely different and fun.
I just like watching athletes do athletic stuff. It's so impressive. Like an artist admiring a painting.
Oh for sures they pull off some amazing things but it doesn't keep me all that entertained.
Combat sports keep me on the edge of my seat.
