Hey Scope, got a question for you if you don't mind but you're by far the best person to ask IMO. You used to be quite out of shape at one stage and manage to lose a tonne of weight (great job BTW). How did you do it?
And the more important question, knowing what you know about diet and your previous experiences, if you had to do it again, how would you do it it?

That pretty much what I tell all my buddies that ask me.
What it took was the above and busting my ass in the gym weekly.
Never stuck to a certain diet and just ate as clean as possible with a few SMALL refeeds here and there but not weekly and sometimes every other month. Writing that out makes me realize I need that diet discipline back in my life.
Knowing what I know now I'd probably just go down the same path I did because that's what got me to know what I know and it was a good experience that taught me so much about myself and I'm learning new things daily too.
Now if I really had the power to go back in time and inform myself I'd tell me to never let myself get fat. Lol
If you want me how I did it diet info or what I ate let me know and I'll give you a quick run down of things and lots of my orginal meals are in the beginning and all threwout this thread. Then shit got completely different since using CNS/CBL.
Thanks man. As a rough estimate I probably only have 10-15lb to lose, its just being really, really stubborn. I'm gonna try some kind of cyclical keto I think and keep disciplined. Maybe up my cardio.
Well the last 10-15 is way harder to lose than the first 10-15 so stick to it and you'll get it stripped off.
I'd love that quick run down you mentioned if you have time. I'm a pretty small guy and I actually struggle to get enough calories in my diet even at a defecit!
