All my food is healthy and shouldn't put any unwanted fat on you even if your not working out.
I can stop lifting for 1-2 months and not gain much fat because I eat clean and when I start lifting again I'm able to drop the fat gained and get the muscle back fairly quick. I'm trying to lean out some right now so just wait and tell you see my bulking meals.
