Did 40 minutes HIIT on the treadmill....horrible. Ended up being 5ish miles which is more then I've ran all year haha. Also did 200 decline crunches immediately after followed up with 10 hanging knee raises superset with 10 rope crunches. Least favorite workout I've had in weeks. Deadlifts/back tomorrow, cannot wait

I started swimming at the end of my workouts...it's actually not that different than HIIT. I do a combo of freestyle and breast stroke...freestyle is fast and breast stroke is more cruise

Notes:
Did to much cardio the day before haha my body was absolutely triggered this morning. I also worked out first thing in the morning which is not something i'm used to. Overall the workout was pretty good but, my body definitely knew something was up. I ended up dosing .5ml of each product immediately after my workout and it felt great. Vascularity was on point today.
Shoulders and probably arms tomorrow morning, will post after that.

Solid solid workout. Felt nice and tight this morning, also dropped a couple pounds these past few days(242>237). I wanna say its probly just some junk I was holding on to but, I feel great. Strength was much better than yesterday. Definitely could have repped out a lot more on the seated mil press but, i'm making an attempt to follow a program for once. We'll see how long this lasts haha.
As for tomorrow, were having some sh1t weather and theres a chance my gym will be closed so we shall see.
