......But no, really. Just like a normal night out before hand.

"before hand" what do you mean with that, as you know english is not my first language.

As in I got drunk, had a good time, and had a hangover the next day.

The problem we have with you asking that question is that you continue to ask it no matter how much we answer it. Not to mention, besides that the amount of value you place on alcohol is astounding.

    Thanks for the answer.
    Actually no.
Before PFS i got drunk around 2 times pr. month. Thats pretty normal right?
But now i have to say NO everytime, thats why i hate that i cant drink alcohol.
And what about your libido now? Is it very high everyday like before PFS?

I don't know how to answer the last part, as mine wasn't always very high daily. I suffer from PTSD as well, that really fucks with my mental state from time to time (still) and I'm far from always in the mood from that. But yes, my pre-PFS libido is back in the sense that I'm always wanting to get in skirts again like I did in my early 20's, lol.

On a side note, are you keeping up with regular breathing exercises and if so, how have you found them to help in regards to the PTSD? I imagine it would have some benefit in silencing the mind of repetitive, negative thoughts and emotions?

Yes, the Wim Hof breathing exercises are fantastic for PTSD. I still use them to this day - even suggested them to some old buddies from my Corps days who have reported success with them too.

On a side note - funny how they help with PFS' repetitive negative thoughts as well as other conditions.
