I spent the last 13 years grappling with a supposedly "incurable" autoimmune condition. It's now resolved so I'm riding this victory lap to address my next health crisis: PFS!

I came across testimonials of recovery and was impressed by results and commitment.
In order to stay motivated for the marathon that lays before me, I wanted to connect and ask a few questions:

-Besides observing your subjective symptoms, did anyone track your progress via any biomarkers (lab results/hormone levels)? Tracking quarterly hormone panels will absolutely keep me motivated.
-I took Accutane in 1998 and 2001, so I am worried it will take me much longer to respond to this protocol. Is there a timeframe by which the damage is done and irreversible?

    Cheers from Washington, DC!
I'd definitely post your own thread, but to answer your question my labs are posted earlier in the thread. If you go back you'll see them! I haven't had a new one recently because I'm well enough that I simply don't care.

I don't think anyone is too fargone, op2pig. It's just a matter of getting on the protocol ASAP because the sooner you do, the sooner you can recover!

@Master Mal - how damaging / helpful do you think Wellbutrin was in hindsight? Did it help you to get off your feet in the beginning? Obviously not a good long term solution, but in hindsight are you glad you took it or not?

It was a band aid on a bullet wound, really. It barely helped. The thing that improved my mood and windset the most was that first round of R-Andro.

How many cycles have you done thus far? Would you consider yourself fully recovered yet?

I did four full cycles and two mini cycles to right the ship after crashes.

You can read my recovery post here: Recoveries - Page 8

    Keep on trucking, guys!
