Half way threw my salad I realized I forgot to add broccoli to it so I added more salad mix and broccoli.
Its like double the salad and there still plenty of chicken and avocado in it to make it good.

Did the well this evening until I fell asleep in my recliner to wake up hungry as can be, so I ate some more watermelon and a piece of protein cheesecake.
Going to go do 50-60 pull-ups and call it a night..
Ended up doing 45 pull-ups 3x15 also did some light tricep and bicep work and went to bed.
Woke up during the night ate some jerky then some up later and I tossed some aminos down my throat and then finally got up at 610 took my morning supps then did 30 minutes on the treadmill and it was 30-32 outside and inside my workout room.
After cardio I did another 45 pull-ups. 3x15..
During work I'll be doing air squats all day and will hit chest this evening.

Always makes me ask myself why I didn't do this years and years ago.
After just 1 dead and squat workout each I can tell my legs are growing and my back feels wider or at least my shirts feel tighter. Lol
I've changed and delayed my TBol cycle 2-3 times but I think what ill end up doing is prime all or the last 3 weeks of Jan then start Tbol in Feb and raise up the cals and hit the iron hard and I should see some good gains that I should be able to hold on to.
Also I've been real easy on myself with all this late night eating but that shit is going to stop and I plan to stop eating at 9-930 the latest.
To many extra cals before bed isn't helping me out but the only good thing is I'm keeping it clean.

Work is pretty kick back and I've done 500+ air squats already.
Just about to drive to the shop and fix myself lunch.
