Gents, I thought I would share a recipe my girlfriend developed for a tea that is great for reducing inflammation - extremely important to recovery! Has received some great reviews from a number of guys I have shared with on here
Mince a 1/2 thumb size piece of fresh ginger and steep covered in hot water for 7 minutes. Add a large clove of minced garlic and steep for another 3 minutes. Run through a fine strainer (push through with a spoon to get as much juice as possible from ginger & garlic. Squeeze in juice from half a lemon. Add an 1/8-1/4 tsp of powdered turmeric and a little fresh ground pepper. Stir with a little Manuka honey
