Refeed:
Day 1, raw fruit
Day 2 you can add in steamed veggies
Day 3 you can add in small portions of protein
Just go slow with eating...and make sure you're taking in enough water.....for the most part, you just start slowly reintroducing foods back at around day four of relatively CLEAN eating with small portions.
