This has SIGNIFICANTLY improved for me. Still not what it was pre pfs but a very noticeable improvement. I had an eerie blank expressionless stare, no laugh or smile reflex no wit and humor or empathy at all, all drastically improved. The fact I made it this far reassures me that I can go all the way. I believe you can too. It’s a combo of all protocol things plus anything that’s generally good for you like lowering your screen time as much as possible, having positive social interactions and I noticed doing some meditation in nature has helped. I’d do the TMO meditations while earthing, something about hearing the birds, smelling the plants and hearing the squirrels that would just remind me how ‘alive’ I really am. Tricky to explain like most things but to sum it all up I think you’ll get there bro. The improvements corresponded with diminishing of derealization for me
