I was in psych wards and put on abilify, Prozac citalopram and quetiapine between 2009 and 2011

Despite this I managed to get my mojo back by taking zinc, vitamin d3 , magnesium and zma

By 2013 after slowly getting better between 2011 and 2012, quetiapine made me obese and gave me boobs

I recivered from mild Peyronie's, zero libido, hot flashes, muscle wasyage, no appetite, anhedonia, severe depression, shrunk balls and varicoclele etc to be almost as cured as chi was I knew Chi as well got him to do the study.

However I still believed I was bad PFS for some reason, we were all atmosiswd and alone this days, as I still had leftover muscle wastage even though I had regained some and didn't even go to the gym.

I knew cdnuts from 2009 when we were both in the trenches though he was better.

I tried TRT twice in 20009 and 2012 did nothing the first time, morning wood second time but no libido but in retrospect should have stuck with it as libido came back soon after

Balls grew back my varicoclele went away

I had strong visual lust and orgasm for several years was in here as road to recover

I did a water fast and started rotating herbs in 2014 however it didn't improve my already old baseline
