I was lighter than usuall and wieght around 195 when it happened so extra wieght wasn't to blame but my carelessness was because I should of been watching for rocks better and I ended up stepping on one just right and the ground gave away making all 195 pounds toqure the leg over messing everything up.
All in all I had a good time that day and stuff like this just happens. So glad I decided to not run a cycle of Tbol LV or anything else at the start of the year like I planned.
My gut and heart tell me to push threw and lift but my brain is saying no!! Lol
Brain is going to win so I need a bunch of different chest, shoulder, back, arm, and all the other muscles that I can work out without putting a heavy load on my leg.
Thanks and I hope to make it threw this without gaining to much unwanted pounds so a speedy recovery is for sures needed.
Well I've made the decision to start following the CarbNite protocol and I was planning to start today but I have a bunch of fresh fruit that I need to eat so I'll get most of that ate today and hopefully I'll start my 10 day no carb days by friday, then I'll have a CarbNite after I lift.
I don't see any problems with me being able to follow this way of eating and it'll be fun to pig out on some carbs I haven't had in a while.
I haven't had a bowl of cinnamon toast crunch in years!!!!
I gotta check what CarbNite is. I just read the word cinnamon, and well Tomorrow I'll be having my Oatmeal with Almond milk and Blueberries loaded with cinnamon!!!

14-16oz turkey breast cooked fried in coconut oil.
I also just ate some coconut oil for extra fats.

Well I haven't really been updating this lately because not much is going on in my life and lifting is nothing like it was without my legs.
So here's a quick update on other things.
Leg is feeling great. Did a little walking without the boot last night because I was in a date. Lol a space boot just isn't that stylish.
This morning it looks almost normal in size so that's good and if all goes well I hope to be out of this boot on the 29th.
Did no/low carb for 4-5 days and last night I had a CarbNite early but it was worth it. Today until next Saturday or Sunday will be Low carb then a CarbNite on Saturday or Sunday.
With all that's happened this year (fractured leg, and weight gain) I'm still doing fine with the ladies and this log started with 3-4 girls in the running and I've slowly let 3 fade away and now there's is only 1!!!
And let me tell you guys she is NICE!!! She's 5'2, 100-105 pounds MAX, nice long hair, beautiful eyes and smile, and the cherry on top is shes into damn near everything I'm into. Cars, trucks, guns, knives, and the list could go on.
She'll be the one getting my time from here on out..
Time to get my ass into shape thou, and my drive has been kick stated a little by haveing a great night yesterday. Hope it continues.

This girl here is every bit as nice!!!
She ate steak potatoes veggies and we shared a order of garlic fries, then we went and had frozen yogurt and she killed a good amount of that too but I had to finish it. Lol
I plan to to see her mid week then again this weekend for my CarbNite..
Diet has been on point and I've ate bacon and eggs and cheese for snacks.
Dinner will be salmon and veggies.
