    I'm 5'7", I'll film all the lifts at the meet and post them on youtube and link everything up here. We put in some sick as work on Thursday for our ME squat day! I'll post the training session up in a bit.

    Deadlifts off 3" Bumper Plate:

    Reverse Band Deadlifts work up to 100%:

    I felt like I could do more so I pushed one more set

    I felt amazing today! I felt like I could push more on the Reverse bands and off the bumper plates, my strength is going up big time and I'm all natty right now cause I'm trying to get the wife preggo.

    Either way, the meet is 3 weeks from Sat!!!

    Pregnancy tip: get yo girl in doggy style and keep her ass raised above her torso (lordosis) and then bust a nut and wait 2 minutes before you pull out.

    Dude amazing sessions, and like milehigh said, very very impressive for 182.5!!! I wish I could spend one day with you training pure ala powerlifting style. Powerlifting is so unknown and dead here on the Island

    I'm getting mentally prepared for this meet! I thought about all weekend long, even though I was out at the beach. I watched my diet and didn't drink very much beer, maybe about 4 the total weekend... The rest was vodka club soda and fresh lime juice. I'm hoping I didn't put much weight on, but i'll weigh in tomorrow morning. I may not report the number wed morning since I know I hold water over the weekend.
