    I've been doing CBL for the past couple months and love it. How do you compare CNS to CBL in regards to strength and growth?

    10lbs of Pork Sirloin Tip Roast covered with 2lbs Bacon



    Going to let it smoke for about 2.5-3hrs at 250-275.

    Yep its going to be a porky week.

    Best and juiciest pork I've ever had. Cooked it medium so the internal temp got to 140 and if doesn't seem like it lost a oz of juice while it cooked.

    BTW I bought bacon this weekend. Fucker! At least I'm going on the road this week so it may help. LOL
