Yea buddy... next time your not trying, put on 300 or 315 and push it at least once. Shouldn't be a problem if you just pushed 285x2.

Oh was definitely trying to get one this time, was just not trying recently. I had done 275 before but recently just been going for rep PRs on 225. Still never got 3x10 lol, but last week got 3x7 pause reps so I think I can do 3x10 with a little bounce now
Second rep of 285 had a bounce but first rep didn't but still wasn't a pause rep
Just did legs, have been weaker on squats ever since my hip injury but I stuck to deadlift and leg extension for a while and let it heal.
Hit 295 3x5, then 315 for a set of 4.. Tried for a 5th and failed, spotter couldn't help and it was gnarly, but I came out unscathed.
Followed up with:
Stiff leg dead 225 4x10
Leg extension 5x16 (8 reps at 110, 8 reps at 60 per set. Burn felt good this way with really tired legs)
Leg curl 5x16 (130 and 60 lbs 8 and 8)
Leg press 3x12 with 5 plates each side
Calves
Ran to and from the gym for a total of 1.5 miles too, first non bedroom cardio in a while lol

So I have noticed this for about 6 months but every time I do stiff leg my right ham gets way more sore. I keep trying to adjust my footing to get the left one more but it never works. My left one doesn't hurt right now when I touch the ground but my right one is pretty tight!
The left one is definitely smaller too but my left quad is slightly bigger than the right...
