Having blood work done on Wednesday so I'll be ULC until I backload Wednesday evening.
Monday I'll be adding in a meal during my day and I'll be playing around with the timing to see when I want to eat or not. Thinking I'll start at 1pm so its 3-3.5hrs away from the start of my workout at 4-430.
