Well no weight update this week but I don't need a scale to tell me things are taking shape and fat is being burnt.
Chest and stomach fat seems to be coming off quicker/earlier than usual.
Nothing is really planned for my CN tonight and since I've been eating so much BOMB ASS ULC FOOD carbs aren't even sounding all that fun/great right now so other than some banana pancakes I'm not sure what'll be on the menu.
