The throw it in the pan meals are some of my favorite and always taste killer.
So far so good on the ECA run and higher protein intake. Recently kicked in Thyrocaps and this week I'll start with Vanillean as well. Together with the high protein intake, I def see more and more definition coming out! Will update some pics soon. But def bro, I'm getting hungry every hour.

Right now I'm slowly reducing my overall fat intake, especially with the Coconut oil, and running CarbNite's twice a week, around 7 hours tops, last carb meal 2 hours before I crash (probably have a tuna right before bed on Carbnite's).
I'll run a week of ULC straight before my cycle, and start CBL 3x a week, and the other 4 days ULC.
Mondays will be CBL for 3-4 hours straight after workout (sleep 2 hours after my last carb meal)
THursdays CBL for 2-3 hours straight after workout (sleep 2 hours after my last carb meal)
Friday CBL for 2 hours straight after workout (crash 2 hours after last carb meal).
Might end up running CBL 4 times a week.
Cycle's gonna be:
150mg Mechabol a day (split dose)
6 gel caps of AndroBulk a day in the morning
6 gel caps of AndroMass a day in the morning (first 3.5 weeks)
6 gel caps of AndroHard a day in the morning (last 3 weeks)
cycle will be 6.5 weeks long, and will focus on gaining some mass as lean as possible, with the aid of the switch from CarbNite to Carb Back Load.
PCT will be about 5 weeks of Clomid, TRS stack and TCF-1.
Will up my fat intake and my protein intake at the start of the cycle. And Carb meals will be heavier, yet shorter window throughout the carb days.
3 weeks to go, any advise from you guys would be all much appreciated!
Last Carb Meal for the day, after a box of poptarts post workout, about 900 grams of baked potato's with turkey in 2 settings and 2 cups of white rice... in a 6.5 hour window, to keep things in the 7 hour window max'd
