Yesterday evenings workout was a killer one.
Started with 30min LISS to warm up and with PX White and IML's Maximum Pump Extreme in my system getting warm takes no time at all.
So many sets and reps of squats with razor sharp focus and drive like no other.
Sweat was so heavy I had to chalk up to have good grip on my SSB and to be able to do more than 5 pullups because I was SSing squats and pull ups. Last few set of pull ups I went to failure and that's always a funny/great feeling of failure on pull ups.
