Just did what they normally do. Was an interesting combination of movements. You can tell I was outside my norm. Was shaky on alot of the movements but sometimes its great to do something different and hit the muscles a new way.

A solid day! Everybody was clicking. The box was lower then I needed but that good to know I tripled 490 off a low box. The accessory work went well. We were going to do another set on the leg press as we were working on pushing our knees out, but my training partner asked if we could deadlift wednesday so figured we should probably leave a little in the tank to dead lift with! Overall my body is handling the added volume on the squat well for now. Next up deadlift wednesday!

Fwlt good to bench again! First real bench session following the XPC. Great work, feeling good about the volume. Did have some cramping issues yesterday and today, thinking I need to increase water intake levels.

Took two animal pak's today 1 at breakfast and 1 at lunch and had an extra gatorade before the workout to try and counter the cramps. Mostly good but lower back was kinda knotted up. First time doing any pulling since the meet. the 545 went good, decent speed but could have been faster off the floor. Working my way back into it.
