Holy back pumps!
Only day 3 and the pumps are raging already. I did deadlifting today and it was intense!

Rounded out with some hamstring curls and GHD work.
Legs were PUMPED and burning. I was not walking very well by the end of it. Not too bad for not having deadlifted in a good month.
B12 injections are just amazing. I actually have an appetite for the first time since February. Been cleaning up the diet too. Started back with green smoothies and MEAT in the mornings and actually making meals to take with me to work. I finished my workout about 2 hours ago and I already want to go back!
