    Holy back pumps!

    Only day 3 and the pumps are raging already. I did deadlifting today and it was intense!

    Normal DL:
    135 x 12
    225 x 12
    275 x 6
    325 x 3
    375 x 1
    375 x 1

    Grip was getting weak, couldn't go higher...

    Shrugs:
    135 x 15
    155 x 15
    175 x 12
    195 x 12
    225 x 10

    Leg Press:
    415 x 20
    415 x 20

    Deficit Sumo DL:
    135 x 12
    135 x 12
    135 x 12

    Rounded out with some hamstring curls and GHD work.

    Legs were PUMPED and burning. I was not walking very well by the end of it. Not too bad for not having deadlifted in a good month.

    B12 injections are just amazing. I actually have an appetite for the first time since February. Been cleaning up the diet too. Started back with green smoothies and MEAT in the mornings and actually making meals to take with me to work. I finished my workout about 2 hours ago and I already want to go back!

    Luckily it didn't hit until after the Sumos. I'm going to try and start taking some taurine with my pre-wo, I've heard it helps. Cardio? Yeah, been trying to add that in... trying.

    Thursday was some work on the arms, pumped to hell and back. Felt really good and had to make myself stop lifting.

    Back is sore from deadlifting and I pulled something in my neck, lol. I think I did it earlier in the week when I was doing chest/back, shit was getting intense.

    Still cruising along at 50mg/50mg. I did have something interesting happen yesterday. I pinned the solutions in my left quad and about 20 seconds after I started coughing. Like tren coughing. I've been there before with tren and this was exactly the same. It lasted a good 4-5 minutes, same taste/feeling in my throat.
    I couldn't find anything about trest or dien causing it, but I'm 100% sure it was from the injection.

    Today is my off day, got a long night at work and then its onto legs tomorrow!

    Friday, leg day.

    Normal Squats:
    Bar x 20
    135 x 10
    185 x 10
    225 x 6 <-- left knee started complaining
    225 x 6

    Stopped there, my left knee was complaining too much.

    Calf raises:
    135 x 20
    180 x 12
    180 x 12

    Got painful at that point. My calves pump up like crazy.

    Tried some weight on the leg press machine:
    450 x 6
    450 x 6
    450 x 6

    Knee still complaining, didn't want it to get too mad.

    Did some supersets of lunges / banded good mornings.

    Finished off the day with 45 mins of cardio. I was only planning on 20 minutes, but some girls with good assets started using the elepticals in front of me


    Pinned again today, got the coughing again right afterwards. Not nearly as bad as 2 days ago, but it was the same thing. I never had the problem with just trest, so I'm thinking that it may be the dien causing it.

    That's weird with the cough. Do you have blood after the pin like it went into a vein ? I have not seen that in my research at all.

    Try knee wraps or sleeves. Night and day difference for me with squats.

    I destroyed my left knee well over 5 years ago with several knee surgeries after. I ve always had a lot of knee pain doing squats or heavy leg presses. I bought a set of wraps awhile ago and was like holy shit ! Completely changing how much weight I can push and the knees don't hurt after training.

    Huge difference, wish I would have tried sooner.
