I'm not picky. I generally have 240g turkey on pita and a calorie free powerade post workout. No clue if the powerade does anything, but I sweat a lot after lifting so any extra electrolytes+sodium help me out.
If I don't have anything ready, I'll chug down a shake+rice cakes.

I have the aminos from PN, I usually chug those and have a sccop of PN or TN Isolate with water.
