Yes sir.
Every 4-5 days: 1-2 days of no/low carbs, 1 day of medium carbs, 1 day of high carb.
Mostly I'm eating beef/chicken/fish, liver, heart, potatoes... high carb days I usually just do lots of potatoes + steak. I do tuna and avocado... just stuff I consider to actually be healthy.
