Clen shakes are kicking in big time. Gotta eat something, the fasted morning cardio and clen is just too much for me to train fasted.

Forgot to mention this. 1315lb total for this bulk. For how much I weigh, I'm not super happy. Lost 15 off deadlift somehow, but my bench shot up.
If we factor in the shoulder strength increase, I'm 100% satisfied, but just in regards to bench/squat/deadlift, it could have been better.
