    Young and Dumb, KGPL's first cycle

    Dude I've done that myself. I had been drinking and I thought I was dosing some Viagra . (Bottles were the same colors)

    Well I got done fucking and I'm thinking I should be going to sleep with the alcohol and sex. Holy heart rate !! I don't do well with Clen anyway , shakes all night, cramps, HR @ 140 laying down, wow it was a bad night and I couldn't work the next day either.

    I think the most I ever used was 60mcg and that night I took like 240. Not good for an old guy.

    Keep killing it man!

    Laying down I was at 130ish. Kind of scary to tell you the truth, I could hear my heart beating through headphones. Hey, mistakes happen and the best thing you can always do is lay down, eat something, and just flush it out with water as much as possible.

    I'm going to try upper body tomorrow. Just empty barbells to see how it goes, then move to some light machine presses/pulls.

    Felt great today. Honestly so happy with where I'm at in a week. Tried a little bit of everything. Did a lot of stretching first.

    Squats
    135x25, 225x10, 315x10, 405x4, DROPSET 315x7, 225x8, 135x9

    Dumbell curls
    10lbsx30, 15lbsx20, 20lbsx20, 30lbsx10 stopped there, didn't want to go remotely heavy yet.

    Hammer curls
    3x15 30lbs

    Tricep pushdowns of all variations

    Machine chest press- I can only do light weight for partial reps, can't lock out. The good news is, I can still feel my chest working a bit so hopefully I won't lose anything.

    Machine rows- I can do these, but can't lockout with my arms at full extension. These will definitely be my friend for the next x amount of weeks.

    Pulldowns- ehhhhh risky. Shoulder clicked a bit. Didn't hurt as long as I didn't lock out at the top, but can't risk it yet.

    Two arm dumbell rows- Felt great, never liked these until now.

    Lateral raises- only tried 10 lbs, not full ROM, but they felt fine. Don't want to risk it yet as these would strain them.

    Deadlifts!!!!!!!!!!!- ZERO PAIN. Pulled 405 for just 5 reps since I was beyond sweaty and beat from all the squatting this week. I just have to keep my shoulders tensed.

    Well here's an update.

    Been icing and doing pt work with my shoulder. Progress is definitely happening, recovering fast, hopefully I can bench and ohp soon.


    Hit some back today. No pain, but still being careful.

    Deadlifts
    135x10, 225x10, 315x10, 405x15, 495x3, 545x2, 405x8, 315x10

    Machine rows (two separate machines here, just did a bunch of sets)

    cable rows
    250lbs 4x15. No pain, just have to pull low.

    Barbell curls
    45lbs 3x30. Turned them more into drag curls.

    Added in some chest at the end.

    Machine presses. Was able to get up to 200lbs before experiencing any pain. Not great, but hey, it's in the right direction.

    Abs

    20 minutes cardio.

    I'm really sweaty from the clen and super dmz, but no change in feeling. Kind of disappointing, the dmz better kick in soon.

    ^ did legs again yesterday. I seriously need a couple days off from legs, my knees are starting to feel it from all the squatting.

    Going to hit chest today. Hopefully this goes well. Second week on cycle and haven't felt shit. I'm really regretting using an oral instead of just pinning the first time... Feel like it's a complete waste of $$ and time so far.

    Maybe because your test levels are already way too high

    You must have monster legs by now. I'm getting SICK of my cycle. It's def working but just can't handle the pressure and sides this time. Maybe I'm getting old

    haha. Legs seem to have lost some definition, but that always happens for me. Takes a couple days then they look good again.

    As for the sides, maybe just stick to real gear? Lets face it, there are way less sides and better results.


    Hit chest today. Surprisingly, this went very well. Didn't do a ton, but I just had to play it by feel.

    no pain on incline benching, got up to 185 (not heavy, but I'm just apprehensive). Flat bench with barbell and dumbell caused pain. I can machine press and incline press, so that's what I have going for me right now.

    Extending the cycle an extra two weeks. Finally starting to feel something on week #2. Woke up way more vascular than usual.

    I'll pick up another bottle of dmz 3.0 and up it to 3 caps a day.

    Yep, definitely kicked in. I still can't train super heavy because of my shoulder, but I can hit higher rep ranges. This is actually a good thing for me probably. Monstrous pump today when taken with 5mg taladafil an hour before my workout. My arms just blew up after a couple sets of curls and pushdowns. No CGBP or skullcrushers for now , but I could get used to these types of pumps

    We want some pictures!

    Hopefully your shoulder will heal at least halfway through, so you can really feel the effects overall of the cycle. How long are you planning on running it for now?

    I'll get some pics later this week. Leaning out nicely, still looking a little soft though. Chest/shoulders look deflated from the lack of training on them . I might add in some light lateral raises or incline presses every day for the sake of mobility and to get a little stimulation. I can incline press without pain, but I need to be careful.



    Extending it from 4 to 6 weeks.
