i tried benching today and it didn't go well, i was warming up and had to stop after a few reps. I guess the next step would be getting an mri.
I'm not sure what I should do with my routine and current cycle.

I always have something fucking hurting these days. Shoulder, then elbows, then knees, etc.... ALWAYS something. So I would have to give up lifting if I shut down for each injury. I'll just stop doing the exercises that hurt for a couple weeks or so and then when I can I start up again light and work up to a heavier weight. sorry to hear that
today was the last day of tz, I have a few more days of derm, mech and stano. I'm going to play it by ear and jump into pct when I feel like it.
Aside from the shoulder I feel great. My bench calculates to be close to 300lbs. My deads and squats are still pretty good too.
This cut hasn't gone as well as planned, I was hoping to be leaner at this point. I may post pics but I'm really self concious.

Less than 2k cals a day...
I bet that's your problem you need to eat more so your body doesn't think its starving.
When I'm not eating carbs I can drop wieght on 3k cals. My newest approach is a HIGH fat, mid-lowish protein, and no carbs and eating like that has took me from a 213-218 to 195 without having to cut cals at all. Hell somedays I probably eat way to much fat and there isn't much if any spill over.
