the biggest thing is eating enough
my weight is stable at 205 lb
but i am seeing definition in the arms and abs slowly fade away, along with the trap fullness.
i'm hoping i can get some back when my test levels are higher; also dealing with finals right now so diet is not that good since i have little time to cook, and sleep is even worse. still training hard.
went to cabo, lifted for the first 3 days, took acid, then i stopped lifting for the next 5 days lol just got high and drunk every day

Did that LSD alter your perception as to lifting for 5 days? Or was this all planned out for some purpose? lol
I've done LSD so many times. For some reason the following day I just feel all focused to go to the gym and KILL it. You know that feeling when your all trashed out and you're like: ''Gotta sweat this all out of my system and put myself together''.
That's how I used to feel at least. Once went to the gym on a mad shroom trip... I was in an all out adrenaline mental state, like going to war. Ended up injuring my shoulders bad!!!! NEVER AGAIN!
But, glad to see you killed that leg day and limped out lol sweet. How are your maintanance of the gains so far?
I actually didn't lift because I was just super tired every day for some reason lol all I wanted to do was hit the beach... Wasn't feeling strong

Sometimes you need those days off, man. If you're hitting it and hitting it and hitting it, your CNS will take a damn beating and it's not kind in return. Your CNS is responsible for contraction of the muscle. If it doesn't get a break at times, it'll rear it's head in the forms of general fatigue, not being as motivated, and ironically, weaker lifts. Fish oils and glutamine will help, but not like rest and sleep will. I'm sure I'm preaching to the choir, but wanted to throw it out there.
