Killed it today. Full body workout. Different gym, looked juicy with veins blasting.
Cycle ends in a few days. Just got my hands on some HCG. Won't do much, but I'll start using it to get the boys back as fast as possible. Wish I used it before.
Deads:
135x10, 225x10, 315x10, 405x10, 495x5, 545x2, 565x0, 565x0, 565x0. Kept dropping this thing, didn't want to give up. Yes, I lost strength.
Pullups wide:
5 sets of 15 reps.
Hammer strength pulldown/row thing
4 plates a side, 5x8
Hammer strength incline
4 plates, 5x5, 3 plates 1x10, 2 plates 1x15
At this point, I was looking blown up. Rocked the tank and had some sweet lighting in this gym.
More pullups
Decline hammer strength press
5x5 4 plates a side. This was HARD.
Barbell curls
135lbs 4x7, had assistance on some of this to keep good form. Heavy, but fun.
Lat pulldowns
Light for high reps to just get a pump.
Lateral raises
2x8 50lbs, 5x5 70lbs. This was awesome feeling.
I'm more tan now. My shoulders are so dry and striated during every movement, it's so cool looking. Veins everywhere on them.
