    Killed it today. Full body workout. Different gym, looked juicy with veins blasting.

    Cycle ends in a few days. Just got my hands on some HCG. Won't do much, but I'll start using it to get the boys back as fast as possible. Wish I used it before.


    Deads:
    135x10, 225x10, 315x10, 405x10, 495x5, 545x2, 565x0, 565x0, 565x0. Kept dropping this thing, didn't want to give up. Yes, I lost strength.

    Pullups wide:
    5 sets of 15 reps.

    Hammer strength pulldown/row thing
    4 plates a side, 5x8

    Hammer strength incline
    4 plates, 5x5, 3 plates 1x10, 2 plates 1x15

    At this point, I was looking blown up. Rocked the tank and had some sweet lighting in this gym.

    More pullups

    Decline hammer strength press
    5x5 4 plates a side. This was HARD.

    Barbell curls
    135lbs 4x7, had assistance on some of this to keep good form. Heavy, but fun.

    Lat pulldowns
    Light for high reps to just get a pump.

    Lateral raises
    2x8 50lbs, 5x5 70lbs. This was awesome feeling.

    I'm more tan now. My shoulders are so dry and striated during every movement, it's so cool looking. Veins everywhere on them.

    Bro you're a determined fighter! I barely nailed 535 and you're nailing 545's for reps. There's a chance you will regain strength during PCT. My strongest moments are always during PCT, not sure if it's the clomid, but I always break PR's right AFTER the cycle ends.

    I'm hoping. I'm sitting at like 207lbs depleted right now. How my weight fluctuates so much I will never know

    My one friend grabbed a snap of me doing lateral raises and sent it to like everyone on his friends list haha. Veins just blasting everywhere. I really wish he saved it


    I've noticed that any time I chew I get a jaw pump...

    I skipped my rest day this week and upped the cardio. I'm in pct and have been for a bit.

    Back day today. I just deadlifted the other day, but I wanted to hit a couple sets. Worked up to a 405x15 with straps, then got really lightheaded.

    Underhand barbell rows- 135x20, 225x15, 315x10, 365x5 I got good at these

    Dumbell rows
    3x15 100lbs

    Pullups
    pulldowns
    cable rows
    machine rows
    shrugs

    That's it, had to cut short today due to some other things.

    Well I hit legs today. 405 front squat didn't happen. I might have snapped my shit too. Got it 90% up, then it just fell.


    Then this happened. Filters are cool
    My attempt at a vacuum.

    Look at those pics man!!! What the hell?! Mad progress from last time Abs and quads are looking lean man! Keep cutting! I like where this is going!

    405 front squats: are you insane?! The fact that you attempted that alone, mad respect. I believe you can do it though, pretty soon, after you ease up on the cutting.

    I'm thinking about going down to 190. I'm 200ish in these pics.

    For the front squat, I don't think I will get it or even attempt again. I felt a pop in my back and just dropped it immediately. Had a hard time breathing after it so I just sat down for a while then tried to stretch. I feel really stiff and weak today.

    Feels like the same pain I've had in the past from heavy back squats. Just gotta take it easy for a bit with no compounds, only isolation stuff.

    Well I'm feeling better, just tight.

    Hit some chest and back.

    Lots of pullups after every exercise.


    Decline:
    135x15, 225x15, 275x10, 315x5, 335x1. Wooooo. Felt good.

    Barbell rows:
    4x12 225 underhand, 2x12 225 overhand

    Flat bench
    3x8 225 slow reps

    Lat pulldowns

    cable flies

    rear delt flies

    cable rows

    Machine chest press

    hammer strength pulldown
