    Killed it! Try doing some speed type work to get the explosiveness up, the faster you can get it off the ground, the faster it goes up. Hit the foam roller and you'll be fine

    Nothing beats that feeling of hitting a max, dropping it from the top, and having that victory walk back. Only problem is, my current gym goes nuts any time I chalk up, pull the shoes off, and drop weights. I just shrug it off and keep going though, not like they are actually going to do anything

    Thanks guys! Power has been better than ever these days, despite the fact that all the bloating is going down and I see the bodyfat dropping.

    Finally nailed 405 solidly for a rep below parallel yesterday:

    Ending my 2nd week of light PCT, nailing 2 solid reps of 125's dumbbells today without any help on take off or spotting. Feeling good so far, except for my deep need to sleep MORE

    You guys, my friends are rocket scientists!! That's exactly what I will aim for! 425!!!

    Tomorrow's deadlift day, but what would SS crew recommend skip deadz? Since I've been breaking pr after pr, maybe let it rest and then Tuesday with a lower back fully recovered go for the 425 and then Next Friday see if I can still get that 525 up in dead??

    I need your inputs in this before tomorrow afternoon

    I'd say let it rest and go for it. Hit a couple sets of light stuff to keep that "feel" for it, but nothing straining.

    Not sure how you wrap your knees, but try crossing over the knee cap as many times as possible. And squat barefoot if you don't have lifting shoes


    Btw you have some insane chest insertions. Jealous of that separation.

    And thnx, my chest is one of my genetically gifted bodyparts. I wish I had shoulders like you do bro! I lack shoulders big time!
    I'll try the advise of crossing over my kneecaps more with the wraps next time. And will try bear foot.. It helps in deadlifting

    I guess next week I will take it easy on squatting.... I'll see... I'm hungry for more powerr.. sooo hungry. I really wanna nail that 535 in deadz right now!!!!

    Honestly, that 535 is all yours. I know that hungry for power feeling You hit that max, then say fuck it, I want more!!!


    I think it's a tradeoff for the chest/shoulders. Most people seem to have one overpowering the other, mine just really trump over my chest and take over on everything
