Killed it! Try doing some speed type work to get the explosiveness up, the faster you can get it off the ground, the faster it goes up. Hit the foam roller and you'll be fine
Nothing beats that feeling of hitting a max, dropping it from the top, and having that victory walk back. Only problem is, my current gym goes nuts any time I chalk up, pull the shoes off, and drop weights. I just shrug it off and keep going though, not like they are actually going to do anything
