    So I've contacted BPS 3 times over the possibility that their Dermacrine is burnt or has some other issue due to the texture ( glue like ) and leaves me itchy and breaking out. I received an email back from them asking for pics and more info on the itchiness I am experiencing. I gave them all the info and was told " that's how it looked when it came from PP ". When I explained that their rep described the color as being too dark and the gluey texture not being correct, they stopped communicating. Anyone else have any luck?
