    I'm on day 4, day 2 of 300..

    Getting hot out here. Will never run dnp during summer again after knowing how much easier it is during winter though

    Killed it in the gym today. 135 ohp x8, x10 x15 x8

    Pretty bad diarrhea today just once

    Gonna start lipomorph as soon as done with dnp (10 days?)

    bingo! Here in Aruba it's always hot and bro it's starting to get to me! Honestly I love the DNP feeling. And if I didn't have any other responsibilities in life or if I were preparing for a competition or photo shoot that would actually pay me or ''meant'' something I would run this longer without a problem.

    Perhaps I'll just go for another week or so, it all depends. And.. uhh.. I did take 300 yesterday and 150 this morning. Since I'm not running it for long I wanna make sure I get the best out of it.

    Day 7

    Body looks flat
    FINALLY really started CRAVING carbs
    Lethargy kicked in BAD this morning!!! Had to take some Alpha T2, Thyrovex and Ephedrine (feeling good now).

    I'll weigh in today at the gym see where I'm at.

    Weekend you are going for only 10 days??? In Winter??

    Are you not eating carbs right now or is the DNP just ripping threw your stores.

    Long story short im trying to look as good as possible for my girl all the time and I won't be seeing her for another 10 days cause of finals. Don't want that dnp facial bloat otherwise I'd run longer. Maybe I'll drop to 150 a few days before though and finish it out

    Lol on looking as good as possible for your GF. I know the feeling and when I look like shit I feel bad for my GF.
    She must be banging if you need to stay in shape just for her.

    No Carbs for 2 weeks already. I guess both of them are wearing me out. Today I managed to pull 475 though, but man am I tired right now. About to head to work now... with a few gallons of water. I am DEAD tired.

    Hit those carbs every 5-7 days 14 max because longer stretches without ends up down regulating some key hormones you need to keep shedding BF. You don't need to CN but a nice wack of carbs will do you some good.

    What's a good schedule of carbs for a day? And what kingd of carbs?

    I think I need to seize the bloat and I will be able to tell. today I was completely exhausted,,, But when I took my shirt up to clean my face in a bathroom at a hotel, and saw how my abs are starting to come out from beneath, eventhough its bloated.. I was like: ''man... this IS so worth it''
