First meal of the day.
1.5 pounds of turkey breast fried in 2-3tbs Kerrygold garlic herb butter
6 eggs+2tbs HWC then cooked in 1tbs KG herb butter.
Here's a great low carb/cal drink.
Blended iced cocoa coffee with 3-4tbs HWC
30oz coffee, a bunch of ice, 3tbs cocoa, 3-4tbs HWC, and stevia to taste. Blend it up and enjoy!!
Dinner time.
6 eggs
1lbs bacon
.5lbs spinach
1-2 cups mushrooms

Since I've added in around 700 extra cals to my diet I've started to spill over. Those extra cals have been cut out today and won't come back until I can use them.
Plus side I'm hopeing the 3 days of extra cals bumped up my metabolism and it'll be on high for the rest of the week.
Well the Osta headaches have stopped... Thank god!!! Those fucking headaches sucked ass.
