    Great looking dead session brother, and I know you will hit 425! Today I hit and all time best Sumo DL off the ground @ 515#s! I went for 545, but only got it 3 inches off the floor. I've been following you thread, keep up the good work buddy!

    1.5 pounds of turkey breast fried in 2-3tbs Kerrygold garlic herb butter
    6 eggs+2tbs HWC then cooked in 1tbs KG herb butter.

    Here's a great low carb/cal drink.

    Blended iced cocoa coffee with 3-4tbs HWC
    30oz coffee, a bunch of ice, 3tbs cocoa, 3-4tbs HWC, and stevia to taste. Blend it up and enjoy!!

    Since I've added in around 700 extra cals to my diet I've started to spill over. Those extra cals have been cut out today and won't come back until I can use them.
    Plus side I'm hopeing the 3 days of extra cals bumped up my metabolism and it'll be on high for the rest of the week.

    Well the Osta headaches have stopped... Thank god!!! Those fucking headaches sucked ass.

    Oh and I'll cut hose extra cals out tomorrow, because I e alresdy ate a bunch today and still need to eat dinner.
    Shit who knows I may just leave them for the week and have a tamer CarbNite Sunday.
