    Great looking dead session brother, and I know you will hit 425! Today I hit and all time best Sumo DL off the ground @ 515#s! I went for 545, but only got it 3 inches off the floor. I've been following you thread, keep up the good work buddy!

    1.5 pounds of turkey breast fried in 2-3tbs Kerrygold garlic herb butter
    6 eggs+2tbs HWC then cooked in 1tbs KG herb butter.

    I sure have and all while adding LBM to my frame. Not sure I can even ask for more. Lol

    After pulling 405 I felt like my muscles where about to pop!!!

    Here's a great low carb/cal drink.

    Blended iced cocoa coffee with 3-4tbs HWC
    30oz coffee, a bunch of ice, 3tbs cocoa, 3-4tbs HWC, and stevia to taste. Blend it up and enjoy!!
