    You're carbed up as long as you added the 100g carbs like I said earlier

    The extreme depletion results in hyper absorption so meh.

    Eat a lot of green veggies and lower your sodium. My bet is this is as good as it gets and you may have needed to cut calories more to get a more dramatic result.

    Get on the cycle asap. Like today if possible.

    Well fuck DNP then.
    I'd never run it anyways but all the sides/cons/risks just don't add up to the results.
    One slip up at the lab while capping and you'd be dead by cooking yourself.

    ^i strongly disagree about the dying part lol but yeah once you get your hormones fixed shit is gonna be melting offf........ no fat burners necessary

    i stand by AAS as the best fat burner. stimulants and dnp pale in comparison to ANY AAS. even a trt dose of test, or androbulk. lol. of course tren and anavar are the shining stars. jesus 100 mg anavar a day fucking transformed my friend in 10 days during contest prep. wow.

    but i digress.

    Can't get it done here. Was planning on getting it done in April when I will be in Miami for a few days..

    And DNP, is good, don't get me wrong. I think I just increased my calories too much, they should have def be lower.

    Run it at the end of the cycle vs beginning of pct

    Keep stim use minimal, maybe use them post dnp instead. But yeah. You gonna do carbs next time?

    Today was day 1 of the cycle. Honestly with the holidays I've been so busy... not celebrating, but rather WORKING. Good money through the days. And I also gradually added carbs.

    I will be updating this. The cycle is 8 weeks. 75mg Mechabol, 1 cap of DMZ 3.0, 3 caps of AndroHard and 3 caps of Androbulk (all v3) and AEGIS @ 4 caps a day.
    Could not obtain hCG so, will be doing this without.

    And as for the DNP, if I run it again I will def do it with carbs, but low. And I will also MAKE SURE I'M AS LEAN AS I CAN BE ALREADY and THEN!!! run it

    Today's shoulder and back workout was priceless. The focus, the strength, the adrenaline.... beautiful. Tomorrow's leg day. Looking really forward to the insanity

    Day 2

    Def feeling STRONG and confident! Funny thing is I slept so deep... the most amazing dream, vivid, so real, so long and then I wake up and I'm holding my balls so that I don't release a wet dream. Got up and ran to the toilet! But I held it in. This hasn't happened to me in at least 3 years ago.

    I dominated and abused my poor legs today. Going ass to grass with 225's in squat, staying down there kinda almost sitting down and then back up for about 8 reps, which was just BRUTAL.

    Did a drop set of straight vertical presses sweeps at the smith machine (not sure how much the bar weighs there, but bar + 7 plates on each side. 14 x 45 = bar + 630 pounds. Did 4 reps.
    dropped to 6 plates for 8 reps
    dropped to 5 plates for 10 reps
    dropped to 4 plates for 10 reps
    dropped to 3 plates for 15 reps
    dropped to 2 for 20 reps
    After this I had to perform a drama on the mat on the floor, rolling around in the deepest agony. It took me 3 minutes before I could slowly crawl a bit a learn how to walk again. My legs are already mad sore.... Tomorrow I will not walk
