    Oh and right now I'm on 5 pumps of dermacrine and 25mg Osta.
    I split the Osta up 12.5x2 am and then 8hrs later. Why?? Idk I just did it that way. Lol
    Today I felt strong as fuck and my squat session felt great..

    I will say AndroMass was a great product and the 10 weeks I was on it I felt damn good and I put on 15 pounds and I'm leaner than I started out at so Ive put on even more than 15 pounds of mass. Have nothing but good things to say about it and it sucks its no longer available because it would be nice to run longer cycles that are side free and effective. I did eat my face off and averaged 3-3.5k cals a day and I'm still eating that amout and don't plan to lower it any.
    What I've noticed in the 8-9 days I've been off AM is my recovery isn't near as quick and I get DOMS. Never felt sore while on so I know for sures the AM was the reason.
    No point in writing to much about so it was good.

    Right around the start if AM

    Was 212 then dropped to 202 then my last day on am I was 216.3
    Last day of AM


    CarbNite Solution was the diet used the whole time, and is still being used.

    Fuck I must be getting a cold or something. Just woke up from a nap, and I never nap.
    Felt like shit this morning and kinda threw up but more of a dry heave with lots and lots of spit, and I've just felt off. Was about to have an off day but for some reason I don't feel like eating so I'm going to do a whatever I want session in the gym and see if that'll get me back to normal.
    You know it's not good when I don't even want my HERB.

    Well I'm glad I decided to lift because I way feel better now. Popped a 4mg nicotine gum and did my 2 least favorite exercises Bench and DB Curls. Lol Not sure why I did those 2 but I'm glad I did... Got a sick ass pump and my arms and chest still fill full of blood and its almost like I can feel my chest pulling in nutrients to repair itself. Very nice feeling!!

    My appetite is back too!!!!

    If I thought it was serious I wouldn't of lifted. This morning was weird but this evening might of been my bodies weekly "Fuck You" when it's 3-5 days no carb, and that's why I decided it would be best to lift.

    Plus I had to make myself work for this meal!!!
    .5lbs bacon that I added pepper and garlic to.

    6 eggs cooked in whatever fat .5lbs of bacon leaves in the pan.
